1. Order Processing Time: All orders will be reviewed, inspected, and packaged as soon as possible after placement (weekends and public holidays will be postponed). Each piece of jewelry undergoes double quality inspection to ensure it is of the highest quality before shipment.

2. Shipping Scope: We support worldwide shipping (excluding some remote areas, please refer to the checkout page for details). International orders are shipped via DHL/FEDEX by default.

3. Shipping Notification: After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via your registered email address/SMS. You can track the shipment in real time through the Shopify order page or the corresponding logistics company's official website.

4. Special Notes: Customized jewelry and large orders (over $5000 USD) require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. We will confirm details with you before shipment. If there are delays due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other force majeure events, we will contact you immediately and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

We select top-quality global logistics partners, ensuring both speed and security to safeguard your jewelry. Delivery times and costs vary by region as follows:

1. International Logistics (Overseas Regions):

- Major North American/European Countries (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, etc.): DHL/FEDEX, delivery time 3-7 business days, shipping costs calculated by weight and region (free shipping on orders over $3000).

- Other Overseas Regions: Delivery time 7-15 business days, shipping costs as displayed on the checkout page, customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer (we will provide the necessary documents for customs clearance).

2. Logistics Tracking: All orders offer full logistics tracking service. You can track your package location in real time using the tracking number. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for it. We will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics company and provide solutions for replacement or refund.

3. Package Security: All jewelry is packaged in shockproof, scratch-resistant, and sealed packaging, with an outer reinforced cardboard box to ensure it is not damaged during transportation; high-value jewelry (single order of US$10,000 or more) will be additionally insured to protect your rights.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry products. If you are dissatisfied with the received goods in any way, you can apply for a return under the following conditions, and we will do our best to assist you.

1. Return Period: You can apply for a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (excluding customized items, personalized engravings, and clearance items, which are not eligible for return).

2. Return Conditions:

- The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, and must be in its original packaging (including tags, certificates, instructions, gift boxes, and all accessories);

- The item must be free of scratches, stains, and deformation, and must not affect resale;

- You must provide complete photos of the item, photos of the shipping label, and a statement explaining the reason for the return.

3. Return Process:

- Contact Customer Service: Submit a return request via Shopify backend message, email, or online customer service, explaining the reason for the return and providing relevant photos;

- Review and Confirmation: We will review your return request within 2 business days. After approval, we will provide you with a return address and return instructions;

- Return the Item: You must return the item as required within 7 calendar days (we recommend choosing logistics with tracking functionality; shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the item has quality issues, we will bear the shipping costs);

- Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account (refund arrival time depends on the payment platform rules).

4. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, damaged, have damaged packaging, are missing accessories, have exceeded the return period, or are customized items are not eligible for return. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty Policy

We promise that all our jewelry products enjoy a lifetime warranty, providing professional after-sales support to ensure your jewelry lasts a long time.

1. Warranty Scope:

- Quality issues not caused by human error: including oxidation or loosening of the 18K gold ring (not caused by external force), loosening of diamond settings (not caused by impact), and loss of natural gemstones (not caused by human error);

- Warranty does not cover: damage caused by human error (collision, scratches, deformation, loss), damage caused by improper wear, unauthorized disassembly/modification of the product, normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches), and damage caused by force majeure.

2. Warranty Period: Lifetime warranty (from the date of purchase, warranty service is available upon presentation of the order number and product inspection certificate).

3. Warranty Process:

- Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the problem, specifying the details requiring warranty coverage.

- Review and Confirmation: We will review your request within 2 business days to confirm if it falls under the warranty coverage.

- Return for Repair: After approval, we will provide you with a repair address. You will then ship the item back (shipping costs are borne by the buyer; we will ship it back free of charge after repair).

- Repair Completion: Standard repairs (such as setting reinforcement, minor polishing) will be completed within 7-10 business days. Complex repairs (such as ring band repair, gemstone replacement) will be completed within 15-20 business days. We will notify you as soon as the repair is complete.

4. Additional Notes: If the product damage exceeds the warranty coverage, we can provide paid repair services. Repair costs will be quoted based on the extent of the damage and will proceed only after your confirmation. During the warranty period, we offer free polishing and cleaning services (limited to 2 times per year).
